Our Wash & Fold Process

1. Sorting Your Items

   • We sort your laundry into 'lights' and 'darks' categories.
   • Whites are washed with lights, and colors are washed with darks.
   • We charge by the kilo instead of individually cleaning items.
   • Please do not include any delicates (silks, cashmeres, linens, or leathers) or items needing alterations in your laundry bag.

2. Washing at 30°C with Premium Non-Biological Detergent

   • We wash all items at 30°C, unless a higher temperature is necessary for optimal results.
   • We use the highest quality, eco-label compliant, professional non-bio detergent for all Wash & Fold services.
   • Our detergent contains no enzymes, dyes, or phosphates and is not tested on animals.

3. Tumble Drying & Folding Your Clothes

   • We tumble dry all items, so please remove any items that cannot be tumble dried (viscose and cashmere items, in particular, are unsuitable for tumble drying).
   • Finally, we fold your clothes with care and deliver them back to you, ready to be placed back in your wardrobe.
   • Please note that this service does not include pressing.
